The thesis

Automation Stack exists to fix this. Not with software, not with templates tied to a specific tool, but with modular, process-driven control systems that solo operators can deploy in any workflow.

The origin

Automation Stack was built by a Swiss tech entrepreneur and co-founder of StaySafer, a safety-tech SaaS company.

After years of building structured operational systems for companies — intake protocols, process gates, delivery controls — the same execution control principles were applied to the solo operator context.

The result: modular systems that give one-person operations the structural discipline that teams take for granted. This is not theory. This is applied operational design, compressed into deployable protocols.
